Got to Love Fall Shows!

Had a great show over the weekend at Seven Springs, Pa. The crowd was awesome and they were buying like crazy! The weather was in the 80's and the fall leaves were spectaular.  Took pictures with my phone but they aren't real clear.

Now I am seeing snowmen in my sleep!  I need inventory  for three shows all on the same weekend! Two of them, all I have to do is drop my items off and they set it up and sell and take a % of the sales.But I still need inventory for all of them. These snowmen I made today and I have more cut out to sew tomorrow. Tonight I am just chillin and trying to get caught up on computer work I have to do.

Home from Vacation

Well we are back to reality. We had a wonderful time on vacation with our friends, staying in a beach house in Myrtle Beach. The first week was beautiful. Weather was perfect then came a cold spell and rain off and on the second week. We saw dolphins every day and thrusday before we left there were at least 40 dolphuns in a group jumping all around and we figured they may have been heading for warmer waters for the winter. It was great seeing them. I got a picture of 1 of them, it is not real clear but if you look you will see the fin in the picture.

I done something to my knee and leg over the labor day weekend and I was hoping it wouldn't lay me up doing stuff on vacation but it did.  I love walking on the beach with my friends but I couldn't which bummed me out . It is still hurting and it keeps me up all night long, I have so much to do too get ready for all of my shows  that are coming up for fall and Christmas but trying to get up the steps to my craft room is challengeing. Maybe I will have my hubby bring my sewing machine down in the kitchen tomorrow so I can get to work!

What the Hay!!!

I say what the hay to this weather! Saturday it was 95 degrees,muggy,couldn't breathe and now it is 62 degrees and I am cold! We go from one extreme to another what a crazy summer! Well I guess summer is over according to some but not for me! This Saturday we are flying to Myrtle Beach for a nice 2 weeks (pray there is no hurricanes) visiting with our best friends and enjoying the peace and quiet of no kids!
Grandkids are all back in school so now it is Duff and my turn to vacation:)
I have been busy though sewing for all of my craft shows which I booked and my spare bedroom is loaded with inventory all over the place.

New Scarecrow pattern

Charlie scarecrow is the newest pattern I am working on! I Love these little guys! Hope to have the pattern out in the beginning of the week, so be on the look out for it!:)
My grandkids just painted some pumpkins for me, so I have to finish them when they dry. the kids are 8 and they do a really good job it gives them something to do too and they love helping.
